Does 4U1VIC, which is the Vienna International Amateur Radio club of the
U N organizations of Vienna, count for 4U1-ITU Hqtrs? Are they in the
same building? Or, is there no relationship at all? It has confused me
for sometime (this and many other things). Your comments are

About 10 days ago I posted a question about the DXCC status of 4U1VIC. I

Bands are slow tonight so I am cleaning out my old magazines. I have

The Hiawatha Amateur Radio Association will again operate W8L for the
International Lighthouse weekend. We will activate the Marquette Harbor
Lighthouse/Coast Guard Station on Lake Superior. We will be active on
all bands and the following modes (SSB/CW/RTTY/PSK31). QSL via
I just received a return QSL card from Claude (XU7ABN) with a note that
IRC's are NOT acceptable in Cambodia. He returned mine with the card. So
I guess G.S.'s are what should be sent with your QSL cards to XU.

to the Channel Islands and activate JERSEY from March 13-19th 2002. The
emphasis will be on CW RTTY however Craig will try RS-12/13 for
evening (USA time) passes. Concentration will be on WARC bands during
