I noted ZK1SCQ spotted on OC-124either I read about it and have
forgotten or was unaware of any plans to activate OC-124. Could anyone
shed any light on this? I could use it for a new IOTA. Maybe I missed
the info in a DX bulletin?

ZK1SCQ is already active from OC-124 and I worked him
this morning 21265 at 0543 Z. I started to hear him at
0500 Z and it seems he us going to be there for 5/6 days.
