FIJI, 3D2.  Wes, ZL3TE is QRV as 3D2SE from Viti Levu Island, IOTA
OC-016, until April 16.  Activity is on the HF bands using mainly CW
and some digital modes.  This includes an entry in the Japan

GHANA, 9G.  Eltje, PA3CEE and Rene, PE1L are QRV as 9G5EME until
April 24.  This is an EME operation.  QSL via PA3CEE.

WEST MALAYSIA, 9M2.  Members of the Segamat DXers are QRV as 9M4CMN

LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  Look for operators PA2HGJ, PA2HW, PA2RDK,
PA3CNO, PA3DFR, PA3HK and PE1FLO to be QRV as HB0/home calls from
April 13 to 20.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB
and PSK31.  This includes some SOTA locations to be activated as

ITALY, I.  Members of the Radio Club Vercelli are QRV as II1MGY in
commemoration of the sinking of the RMS Titanic.  QSL via bureau.

NETHERLANDS, PA.  Special event stations PA13KING and PB13ROYAL are
QRV until April 30 during the transition of the monarchy from Queen
Beatrix to Prince Willem-Alexander.  QSL via PA9JO and PB5X,
respectively.

EGYPT, SU.  Andy, RW3AH is now QRV as SU9AF near Cairo.  He is
active on 160, 40, 20, 17, 15, 12 and 10 meters using CW and SSB.

GREECE, SV.  Special event station J49C is QRV until June 30 in
celebration of the centennial of Crete and Greece's union.  QSL via

COSTA RICA, TI.  Special event call TE1856 is QRV in commemoration
of the marching feat on the part of the Costa Rican army, known as
La Ruta de los Heroes.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB

MICRONESIA, V6.  Sho, JA7HMZ and Kei, JA7GYP will be QRV as V63DX
and V63T, respectively, from Pohnpei Island, IOTA OC-010, from April
15 to 20.  Activity will be on 40 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and
RTTY.  QSL direct to home calls.

LORD HOWE ISLAND, VK9L.  Oliver, W6NV and Seppo, OH1VR are QRV as
VK9LT and VK9/OH1VR, respectively, until April 16.  Activity is on
the HF bands.  This may include entries in the Japan International

TOKELAU ISLANDS, ZK3.  Hans, DL6JGN and Guenter, DL2AWG will be QRV

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The Japan International DX CW Contest,
SKCC Weekend CW Sprintathon, NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC Sprint CW
Ladder, Montana QSO Party, New Mexico QSO Party, EU Spring CW

station WP4NPC in commemoration of World Amateur Radio Day.

NORWAY, LA.  Members of the Radio Club of Gardermoen are QRV as LN2G
until April 19 in conjunction with "Norwegian Hammeeting."  Activity
will be mostly on 40 and 20 meters using SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL

BANGLADESH, S2.  Ramon, DU1UGZ is QRV as S21UGZ from Dhaka City
until June 20.  He will be active on 80 to 10 meters using SSB and
RTTY in his spare time.  QSL to home call.

SEYCHELLES, S7.  Davide, IZ3EFL is QRV as S79DF for about one year.
He is currently active on 20 meters but hopes to be QRV on other
bands as well.  He may also try to activate Aldabra Island, IOTA
AF-025.  QSL via IV3TDM.

POLAND, SP.  In celebration of World Amateur Radio Day, special
event stations 3Z0WARD, 3Z2009WARD, HF2009WARD, HF84WARD, HF9WARD,
SN0WARD, SN2009WARD, SP0WARD, SP2009WARD, SQ0WARD and SQ2009WARD are
QRV until April 19.  QSL all calls via SP2FAP.

CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF.  Sharon, K7WZB and Garry, K9WZB will be QRV as
ZF2ZB from Cayman Island, IOTA NA-016, from April 21 to May 6.
Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK31.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARLHS Annual Spring Lites QSO Party,
World Amateur Radio Day, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Holyland DX Contest,
TARA Skirmish Digital Prefix Contest, ES Open HF Championship, Feld
Hell Sprint, Michigan QSO Party, EU Spring SSB Sprint, EA-QRP CW
Contest, Ontario QSO Party and the YU DX CW Contest will certainly
keep contesters busy this weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW
Contest is scheduled for April 20.  The SKCC CW Sprint and 432 MHz

RODRIGUES ISLAND, 3B9.  After his Mauritius operation, Slavo, SP2JMB
will be QRV as 3B9/homecall from April 9 to 24.  Activity will be on

SENEGAL, 6W.  Ronnie, SM7DKF, Goran, SM7DLK, Mats, SM7DXQ, Christer,

6V7I from April 6 to 12.  Activity will be with two stations on 160

CROATIA, 9A.  Members from the Varazdin Radioclub are QRV as 9A60A
until December 2008 in celebration of the club's 60 years.  Activity

NEPAL, 9N.  Stig, LA7JO is QRV as 9N7JO until June 30.  Activity is

QATAR, A7.  Bill, NM7H is QRV as A7/G0MKT until the middle of June.
Activity is on 40 to 6 meters using mostly CW with some SSB and PSK.

BALEARIC ISLANDS, EA6.  David, M0DLL is QRV as EA6/homecall from
Minorca, IOTA EU-004, until April 10.  Activity is on 20 to 6 meters

IRAN, EP.  Sadegh, EP3HF has been active on 15 meters around 0900z
and 20 meters around 1530z.   QSL direct.

THAILAND, HS.  Jorg, DL1MJF will be QRV as HS0ZGQ from April 5 to
26.  This includes one week on Koh Samui Island, IOTA AS-101.
Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL to home

MINAMI TORISHIMA, JD1.  Masafumi, JD1BMM has been active on 17

station on Heyss Island.  Activity is on 80 to 17 meters using CW.

COSTA RICA, TI.  Orrin, K9KEJ is QRV as TI6/homecall until April 11.

CAMBODIA, XU.  Wim, ON6NP will be QRV as XU7ADV from April 9 to 28.
Activity will be on all bands using SSB and various digital modes.

Lionel, G5LP and Rob, GM3YTS will be QRV as YK9G from Damascus from
April 9 to 15.  Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using CW with

CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF.  Bob, K3UL will be QRV as ZF2UL from Grand
Cayman, IOTA NA-016, from April 5 to 12.  Activity will be holiday
style on all HF bands, with an emphasis on 160 and 80 meters, using
CW and SSB.  QSL direct to home call.

CALLSIGN CORRECTION.  As reported in DX new bulletin ARLD014, Juan,
TG9AJR was QRV as TG0WPX in the CQ WPX SSB contest.  QSL to home
call.

OPERATION APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operation is
approved for DXCC credit:  Wake Island, G4GIR/KH9, 2007 operation.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The EA RTTY Contest, Montana QSO Party,
YLRL DX-YL to NA-YL CW Contest, ARCI Spring CW QSO Party, SP DX
Contest, QCWA Spring QSO Party, Missouri QSO Party and RSGB RoPoCo 1
80 Meter CW contest are all on tap for this weekend.  The 144 MHz
Spring Sprint is scheduled for April 7.  The NAQCC Straight Key/Bug

Heights, northern Israel, until April 21.  Activity is on all HF

SCOTLAND, GM.  Members of the South Cheshire ARS will be QRV as
GM6TW from the Isle of Jura, IOTA EU-088, from April 16 to 23.
Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters, including the newer bands,
using CW and SSB.  QSL via G0UZP.
   
LIECHTENSTEIN, HB0.  Stations HA5MA, HA5OJ, HA5BWW and HA7PC are QRV
as HB0/homecalls until April 21 from the Chalet Wanni.  Activity is
on 160 to 10 meters, including the newer bands, using CW and SSB.
They may try some WSJT on 2-meters.  QSL to home calls.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, KP2.  John, K3CT and his wife Susan, N3DVF will
be QRV as KP2/K3CT and KP2/N3DVF while vacationing from St. Croix
from April 19 to 26.  They will operate on all bands using CW and
SSB.  QSL both callsigns via K3CT.

NETHERLANDS, PA.  Alfons, ON4AWT, Hugo, ON4CF, Geoffrey, ON6JK and
Stefan, ON4OSA are QRV as PA/homecalls from Texel Island until April
17.  Activity is on 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters using SSB, with
some digital modes. The Texel/Eierland lighthouse will also be
activated.  QSL to home calls.

BRAZIL, PY.  Look for ZW6FSM to be QRV from Fort Sao Marcos from
April 17 to 18, and then April 20 to 21, using CW and SSB.  Activity
will be on 80, 40 and 20 meters.  QSL via PY6KW.

SUDAN, ST.  Dane, S57CQ is QRV as ST2T and will be here until at
least June.  He will be active primarily during the contests as
these are the only times he can get on the air.  QSL via S57DX.

CRETE, SV9.  Rosel, SV9/DL3KWR and Hardy, SV9/DL3KWF will be QRV
from April 16 to 29.  Most of their activity will be on the newer
bands, plus 80-meters, and mostly CW, in their evening times.  QSL
to home calls.

EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA.  Alex, RX3AJL is active until April 22 from
some islands in the Kara sea.  QSL to home call.

MACAO, XX9.  Hirotada is QRV as XX9TSC and has been active using
SSTV on 20 meters just prior to 1230z.  QSL via JA0SC.

ANTARCTICA.  Ed, ZL5KX is QRV from Scott Base on Ross Island.  He is
usually QRV on 20 meters around 0800 to 0900z.  QSL via operator's
instructions.
   
CHATHAM ISLAND, ZL7.  Rick, AI5P is QRV as ZL7/AI5P and will be here
probably through April 26.  Activity is on 30 and 17 meters using
CW.  QSL to home call.

MALAWI, 7Q.  Look for G4AXX, GU4CHY, G4EDG, G4JVG and M5RIC to be
QRV as 7Q7MM from April 18 to May 1.  Activity will be on 160 to 10
meters, using CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK and possibly FM on 10 meters.  QSL

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Pierre, HB9QQ is QRV as 8Q7QQ until April 27.

CUBA, CO.  Jose, CO3VK is active as CO3VK/4 from La Juventud Island,
IOTA NA-056, until April 18 while taking part in the Festival de la

Queen's 72nd birthday.  Activity is on all bands, including the

ITALY, I.  Look for IC8/IZ8DDG, IC8/IZ8DQH, IC8/IZ8FAV, IC8/IZ8FDH,
IC8/IW8DON, IC8/IZ7ATL to be QRV from Prodida Island, IOTA EU-031,
April 24 and 25.  Activity will be on all HF bands, including 6 and

MONGOLIA, JT.  Baatar, JT1BG is QRV as JV45D until May 10 to
commemorate the 45th Anniversary of the Dornod Radio Club.
Meanwhile, JU45D is active from Choibalsan in Eastern Mongolia.  QSL

MIDWAY ISLAND, KH4.  Jeff, KA1GJ expects to operate as KA1GJ/KH4
from April 23 to 25.  His activity will depend on the current
condition of the club station's antennas.  Otherwise, activity will

GREENLAND, OX.  Jan, OX3DB has been QRV using RTTY on 20 meters
around 1500z.  QSL direct.

SUDAN, ST.  Magdi, ST2M has been QRV on 17 and 12 meters around 0900
and 1200z, respectively.  He is usually active on 20 meters around
0300z and then around 0630z.  QSL direct.

MOUNT ATHOS, SV/A.  Monk Apollo, SV2ASP/A has been QRV on 20 meters
around 0600z and later on a net around 2100z.  QSL direct.

WEST KIRIBATI, T30.  Dave, K3LP will be QRV as T30LP from Tarawa
from April 19 to 23.  QSL to home call.
