AMERICAN SAMOA, KH8.  A group of operators will be QRV using special
event call sign W8A from the Village of Vaitogi on the coast of
Tutuila Island, IOTA OC-045, from November 12 to 22.  Activity will
be on 160 to 10 meters using mainly CW with some SSB and RTTY.  QSL
via ZL3CW.

WAKE ISLAND, KH9.  Station K9W is QRV until November 15.  Activity
is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via OQRS.

PUERTO RICO, KP4.  Special event station KP4AO will be QRV from the
control room of the Arecibo Observatory on November 10 to
commemorate the 50th anniversary of Radio Astronomy Science.
Activity will be on 20 meters using SSB.  QSL via operator's
instructions.

LUXEMBOURG, LX.  Helmut, DF7ZS will be QRV as LX7I in the Worked All
Europe RTTY contest.  QSL via operator's instructions.

NAMIBIA, V5.  Klaus, DJ4SO is QRV as V5/DJ4SO until early December.
Activity is on all HF bands, with the possible exception of 160 and
80 meters, using CW, RTTY, PSK and some SSB.  He may also be active
in the Worked All Europe RTTY contest and the upcoming CQ World Wide

VIET NAM, XV.  Special event station XV2V40J is QRV until November
24 in commemoration of the establishment of diplomatic relations
between Japan and Vietnam 40 years ago.  Activity is on all bands

INDONESIA, YB.  A group of operators will be QRV as YB8V from Banda
Besar Island, IOTA OC-157, from November 10 to 15.  Activity will be
on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL via YB9AU.

TRISTAN da CUNHA and GOUGH ISLAND, ZD9.  Bani, ZS1BM is QRV as ZD9G
from Gough Island, IOTA AF-030, as a member of the 59th Winter Team

OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are
approved for DXCC Credit: Yemen, 7O2A, 2013 operation; Afghanistan,
T6SM, Operations beginning August 14, 2012 to current.

10-10 International Fall Digital Contest, Japan International DX

CQ-WE Contest and the EANET Sprint are all on tap for this upcoming

until January 15, from the International Association of Peace

Island on the South Male Atoll, AS-013, for three weeks in February

OMAN, A4.  Members of the Lufthansa Amateur Radio club and DARC club
I09 are QRV as A43DLH until November 11 while guests of the Royal
Omani Amateur Radio Society.   Activity is on all HF bands using CW,

base Dumont d'Urville on Petrel Island, IOTA AN-017, from November
to mid December.   Activity is on the HF bands using SSB in his

GUERNSEY, Martin, G3ZAY and Michael, G7VJR are QRV as GU3ZAY and
GU7VJR, respectively, until November 2.  Activity is mainly on the

ITALY, I.  Special event station IY1EY will be QRV from November 1
to 9 to commemorate the radio experiments Guglielmo Marconi made on

BELGIUM, ON.  Special event station ON55INR is QRV until December 31
to mark the start of TV broadcasting from Brussels from the Institut

NEPAL, 9N.  Team members Rudolf, DJ3WE, Falk, DK7YY, Ben, DL6RAI and

URUGUAY, CX.  Shalom, 4X1UN is QRV as CX/4X1UN from Gorriti and
Lobos Islands, IOTA SA-039, until November 16.  Activity is on 20

ANGOLA, D2.  Ed, D2PFN has been QRV using RTTY on 15 meters around
1400z and SSB on this band around 1500z.  QSL via KK5DO.

IRAN, EP.  Hamid, EP4HR has been QRV using PSK on 10 meters between

FRANCE, F.  In celebration of the liberation of Strasbourg 60 years
ago, special event station TM6OST will be QRV from November 14 to
28.  Activity will be on all bands using CW, SSB and digital modes.

FRENCH GUIANA, FY.  Jean Pierre, F5AHO is QRV as FY/F5AHO until
November 24.  On November 13 and 14 he will be active from Salut
Island, IOTA SA-020.  QSL to home call.

SWITZERLAND, HB.  HB9MM Club members in Lausanne are QRV using
special event callsign HE3RSI until December 4.  They are using the
original broadcasting equipment of Radio Suisse Internationale
(RSI).  QSL via HB9MM.
 
ARGENTINA, LU.  Members of the Bahia Blanca DX Group will be QRV as
homecalls/D and will activate for the first time Wood Island, IOTA
SA-021, from November 12 to 14.  Activity will be on 80 to 10 meters

LUXEMBOURG, LX.  Joel, LX1ER, Helmut, DF7ZS and Robert, LX1RQ will

ANTARCTICA.  Vlady, RU3HD is QRV for about four months as R1ANN and
RU3HD/ANT from Saam Novolazarevskaya base, IOTA AN-016.  Activity

MAURITIUS, 3B8.  Hans, PA0VHA and Jack, PA3BAG are QRV as
3B8/homecalls until November 9.  Activity is on all bands, including
the newer ones, using SSB and RTTY.  They are on vacation, so
operating time may be limited.  Most activity is between 1200 to
1700z and after 1800z.  QSL both calls via PA0VHA.  Meanwhile,
Willy, ON5AX is QRV as 3B8/ON5AX until November 15.  He is active
using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

UNITED NATIONS HQ, 4U.  Ray, W2RE and Frank, W2IX will be QRV on

ETHIOPIA, ET.  Peter, ET3BN has been active using CW on 20, 15, 12

NETHERLAND ANTILLES, PJ2.  Gerben, PG5M is QRV in his spare time as
PJ2/PG5M from Curacao, IOTA SA-006, until November 15.  QSL to home

GABON, TR.  Alain, TR8CA has been QRV using RTTY on 12 meters just
after 1300z and then using SSB on 12 meters after 1330z.  QSL via

BENIN, TY.  Jean, ON4JM is QRV as TY4JM until December 23.  He is
active in his spare time during the evening hours and Sundays.  QSL

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS.  Dany, LZ2UU is working at the Bulgarian
Antarctic base St. Kliment Ohridski on Livingston Island, IOTA
AN-010, and is QRV as LZ0A on all bands using CW, SSB and RTTY.  He
is here until late February 2004.  QSL via operator's instructions.

CAMBODIA, XU.  Jack, ON4AJT and Wim, ON6TZG are QRV as XU7AJV and
XU7TZG, respectively, from Koh Poah, IOTA AS-133.  Their length of

ALBANIA, ZA.  Carsten, DL6LAU plans to operate ZA1A in the WAE RTTY
