My strong suspicion is that this watches for /etc/timezone changes, but
on the phone this never actually changes. This is just a symlink to
/etc/writable/. So I suppose before you set up a file watch you do a
realpath() call to ensure that you always watch for changes to the
actual file.

This fade in/out issue with unity dash working with export
UNITY_LOW_GFX_MODE=1 is still a problem in trusty. Even with blur
disable, fade in/out makes system slow, depending of your hardware
config.

When using multi-monitors and having the Launcher only on the primary
monitor, displaying the Hud on the monitor with no monitor sets the Hud
icon with incorrect active and visible states.
This causes an Autopilot test failure.

This is still happening in 13.10.
It seamed to be gone but came back with some of the recent updates. I noticed
this as of today again.
This is really a big issue for people working with guake terminal.

Just wanted to comment that this bug is also present in the KDE
environment, but not Gnome, on a 64-bit Fedora 20 system. I encountered
it when using an SDK leveraged from Eclipse. The SDK crashes frequently
when I click the OK button on a window. The problematic frame is:
