Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1275524, so is being marked as such.
Hello,
as part of the bug clean up ahead of 16.04 LTS I'm marking this as invalid
because it affects an Ubuntu release which is now unsupported. If you can still
recreate this bug in a supported release please do open a new bug and we can
triage it for consideration in the 16.04 LTS development

Public bug reported:
My system no longer properly goes to sleep. The logs are filled with
variants of:
[114631.282599] PM: Syncing filesystems ... done.
[114631.328752] PM: Preparing system for mem sleep
[114631.896631] Freezing user space processes ...
[114651.913199] Freezing of tasks failed
the patch will be enough:
get_current_realname() will return username=NULL, and action_state_for_header
will correct it to "":
label = show_name && real_name ? real_name : "";
Our users are not in /etc/passwd, but accessed by libnss-winbind, and
sometimes the connection is quite slow or winbindd
This issue affects me. Happy to supply with more data, please tell me

While I'm far from being an expert in the Unity source code, taking a
look at it (more precisely, file launcher/ApplicationLauncherIcon.cpp,
function ApplicationLauncherIcon::ActivateLauncherIcon in Vivid) it
seems this behaviour comes from a patch made to fix the bug #753938
