Something else to work with could be the 17.04 manifest (its `unity`
packages (use Ctrl+F) and the relevant dependencies of them).

We appreciate that this bug may be old and you might not be interested
in discussing it any more. But
Will Cooke was the one who changed it to Won't Fix, perhaps he could
give a reason? :)

Where exactly should I be trying to reproduce this? Seems fine in the
Dash and in Text Editor.

Title:
Public bug reported:
Indicator Applet Appmenu has two 'Calculator' application menus (Preferences,
Help, About, Quit). This applies to GNOME Calculator 3.20.1. It should only
have one 'Calculator' application menu.
I don't know whether this is a bug in GNOME Calculator or Indicator Applet
The menu items come up in a slightly different order if the Appmenu is
added to the panel whilst GNOME Calculator is open (if it wasn't in the
panel before).
** Attachment added: "Indicator Applet Appmenu bug on removing and readding
Appmenu to the panel whilst GNOME Calculator is open.png"
How can I make this complete please?
** Changed in: chromium-browser (Ubuntu)
Status: New = Invalid

2 already exists somewhat, but it's called Chromeless windows. I expect
it wouldn't be 'too' hard to implement in (downstream) Firefox but yeah,
this is why they were suggesting a switch to Chromium. There are many
reasons why they wouldn't for Saucy (although the debate continues for
T-series)
