I noticed since updating yesterday that certain events on the phone are
no longer animated in a smooth way. For example:

1. Open an app
2. Use the power button to screen blank
3. Turn on the power button
4. swipe the launcher in from the left
5. Click the Home (Ubuntu Logo) button

Result: the infographic leaving is not smooth, but instead is jerky
Expected: Smooth animations

There are other jerky things here and there, but that is the most
noticeable so far
