the x-canonical-private-synchronous interface only provide this layout to

I am having the same issue.
Not sure on a cause. At first I thought it was related to the my weather
indicator but I disabled that and the same thing. even when I am just
using email/web brossing atleast a few times per hour it jumps up to
100% and anything using the unity-panel is unusabele.

I think I've figured out there's a gnome screensaver daemon running,
which acts as a screensaver that blanks the screen (without really
turning it off).
The issue is there is no way to access its settings in System Settings
to disable it.

appropriate to modify language-tools in accountsservice so that it in

I also experience this same behavior as well. I upgraded from 13.04 to
13.10. The shortcut hints overlay did work fine in 13.04, but it no
longer displays the shortcut hints in 13.10. I do get the numbers on the
dash for each application when holding down the Super key in 13.10, but
no shortcut
I have the same issue. In addition to the clock, the power icon and the
main icon were missing as well. killall unity-panel-service fixed it.
