What about a blacklist for packet spots.
I get irritated of spots on 6 meters with calls like: /BCN /B beacon 6MTRS
JP99 FSK441 AURORA and so on.

example,"Adrupdate#23.txt" .
Then add it to DX4WIN usual way:File|Databases|Manager Addresses

And I would add :
- dual trx having two rigs interfaced at the same time (a la N1MM)
- split cluster spots to different TRX settings
- grid, zone, state view on map (worked, mailed, confirmed, needed)
