Hi all...
To OZ1ING: DX4WIN version 6.02 uses a key file rather than a license code.
When you receive your OZ1ING.KEY register file, put it in the DX4WIN base
folder and start DX4WIN. The license will be active whenever the key file
is present.

Hi,
I have a TenTec Orion on loan from TenTec and created a
radio file for the radio.
I scanned the previous emails for users asking for the radio
file for the TecTec Orion and I have mailed those users the file
already. If I missed you, let me know (the reflector does not

I am running 5.03 and today, when I look for a particular QSO in the same

have gone into the filter select option and checked the DX4Win V 4 or later
Pete, I would agree that a new mode should take precedence over a new band.
However, this is not the situation that I have described. In what I have

Agreed. If it were user definable, that 's how I would set it up for my own
personal operating priorities. The interesting thing is that in the current
release the color codes and numerical assignments imply those priorities
but for whatever reason the program logic gives 4 precedence over 3.
I think I boiled the priorities down to three simple rules:
1. All-time never worked has the highest priority.
2. When both entities are unworked or both entities are
worked but not confirmed, mode has priority over band.
3. When one entity is unworked and the other is worked

When I spot a station, my spot appears (without the
sending station callsign) immediately and doesn't
disappear when the packetcluster spot arrives. So
each one of my spots appears twice if I don't work
the station and log it. I don't think I ever changed any
config items related to this.

Jim,
I understand your logic but it doesn't fit everybody. While I'm pretty
serious about Mixed, Phone, and CW DXCC, I have never fully gotten into
chasing band countries for the single band DXCC awards. I have =
absolutely
nothing against chasing band countries, it was just a personal choice I

Can the user define Band or Mode ? It should be implemented also
Yes, Jose, I think that is a good idea as well and seems to be what people
want.

If it's checked it's...
1 = new DXCC never confirmed OR NewDXCC never worked
2 = never worked mode
3 = never worked band
4 = unconfirmed mode
5 = unconfirmed band
Which doesn't seem entirely logical to me...
OTOH, if you don't check
