The upgrade didn't cause me any problems.
The upgrade from 6.01 to 6.02 to 6.03 was free.
I have owned every single version since DX4WIN first came out and each and
every upgrade was definitely worthwhile. www.ad1c.com has a detailed list
of the upgrade hints for those who want a few more detail

you could try to copy the old parameters in to the new one ...first copy
the 6.03 dx4win.ini on a other place ,
you never know
