I'm running version 8.03 of DX4WIN and every time I start up DX4WIN I get a
slight shrinking of the windows? I call it the tale of the shrinking
windows, hi.
I do have leave all windows in their original position checked in screen,
preferences.
I'm running Vista Business.
Any ideas?

This has also happened to me. What I discovered is that, for example, I
wanted to see how many stations I have worked in the Philippines and
still need a QSL.
What I do is I always have the COUNTRY window open. So with any DU
station in the callsign window I go to the COUNTRY window and, for
