[Dx4win] Figuring Out Needed QSLs

[Dx4win] GettinG DX4WIN and LOTW In-Sync

I have been uploading to LOTW since its inception, always importing the latest lotwreport file after upload processing, but for some reason it doesn't appear that all the LOTW confirms are also in DX4WIN. Is there a foolproof method to generate an extract from LOTW that can be input to DX4WIN
