[Dx4win] WX4WIN packet arrival time and log time wrong?

I have migrated to a new computer and ever since the packet arrival time is like 3 hours behind. When I work a station that I clicked on in the packet window it is logged with the wrong time? My system clock is fine and is set correctly. When a spot comes in it is marked 190 minutes rather than 1

[Dx4win] found my time error problem

I found the time error problem with my DX4WIN that I explained in my previous EMAIL to the group. I had the wrong time zone set in my system clock. The time was correct but the time zone was set for the West coast and I live in NY which is in the Eastern time zone. Sorry for the bandwidth.
