[Dx4win] DX4WIN cant reduce CW speed?

I have been able to operate CW with my WinKey and DX4WIN in the CW window with the WinKey connected to a Com port. The past few days I can't slow down the key speed?? It loads at 55wpm and I use the - key and the CW window indicates 20wpm where I set it but it is still sending 55WPM? It works fine
