[Dx4win] SteppIR and radio stop responding in Win7

I found the reason, but do not know how to solve it: not only the SteppIR but a radio via USB Router and a rotor control stop to wrk from time to time: USB FTDI/RS232 converters stop to communicate with PC and i must plug them out and in again to make them work again!
