Hi Dick, In the Help file, section "Appendix B:Files", under the first paragraph "Save Directory", it discusses the automatic log backup file with the extension .~xl (for example, mine is n7cw.~xl). Try making a copy of that file, renaming it with the extension .dxl and loading it into DX4Win. I

I made the mistake of forgetting to back up my log file. Yesterday I lost everything from April 18 to May 12. I know this has been discussed before but I still don't know if I can retrieve the missing contacts. I can retrieve the SPRTTY and VOLTA contacts, but that is only about half what is gone
