[Dx4win] DX4WIN and QRZ.COM

I have DX4win set up so when I have a callsign in the F3 CALLSIGN/MGR LOOKUP window I can hit ENTER and a QRZ.COM page opens for that callsign. This has worked FB for me for about 10 years. Lately I have been having problems (not a DX4WIN problem) with the way this is now working, or not working.
