[Dx4win] Single Page ARRL NPOTA Checklist version 3.0 released!

I have finally released a new version of the NPOTA Spreadsheet program: http://software.ad1c.us/NPOTA/ It's now available for anyone, not just DX4WIN users. It is fully integrated with LoTW and uses color highlighting for worked/confirmed status. I also posted an announcement on the NPOTA
