OQRSd = DIRECT REQUESTED
OQRSb = QSL via BURO REQUESTED
Some DX will only reply via the BURO but most give you the choice of
BURO or DIRECT. BURO is free, DIRECT requires a payment, I usually
send a donation with my fee.

Hello David,
Look on Clublog (there are probably other places, too) for stations who have
OQRS activated. You may request cards to be sent direct (for a fee) or via
the bureau for free.
For OQRSd, you pay via Paypal (usually). It is VERY convenient.
