Could be any of several things. Have you tried a DIFFERENT DXCluster site? The one I used to go to got shut downand after a couple of weeks of the same symptoms, I merely tried a different Cluster and had no issues. In fact, from time to timemine isn't available nowand of course, I get

I have suddenly lost my connection to Telnet. When I open the program I get an error message giving me the option to start app anyway, restart, or cancel. If I start the program anyway the DX Cluster does not open as it had in the past, and if I hit "connect" I get an error message saying
