I just upgraded from version 7.07 to 8.03 and have the same problem. I am running Windows Vista, merged the .INI file, and downloaded the new .DLL from Microsoft. Has anybody figured out the constant keying of the serial port. Seems to reset itself when saving a new .INI file.
