A note from LOTW: Aug 19, 2012: Logbook of The World Processing is Current -- Log submission guidance: Please refrain from uploading files more than once as this only adds to the processing time. If your TQ8 file has been queued for processing it will be processed. When creating TQ8 files please include new QSOs only. Uploading previously uploaded QSOs or uploading your entire log again only adds to the processing time.

After I execute the search I have a subset of the log with 296 qso’s in it. I want to export all of these to LOTW so I went in to the dx4win LOTW menu and set the upload flag and it said 296 qso’s selected. Now when I do the LOTW export it says 157 qso’s exported. How come I did not get all of them...what am I doing wrong?
