Mike, I just tried F2 on my most recent QSO, pretending that he sent me a QSL.
I have the following settings (checked):
* Mark QSO as Confirmed
* Mark for printing a Label
* Set QSL Date to Today
QSL Method:
QSO Selection: Next QSO
When I typed F2, my QSO changed as follows:
Label -> Y
Cn

I trust you request those cards, so your settings for the F2 key are
actually for confirming incoming cards, not usefiull for requesting cards.
Just manually modify those EY8MM QSOs. What is default value for label ?
You can change it manually for those QSOs, and put or leave a N, input

Doing a batch of direct QSLs for EY8MM, hand writing them so I don't need to
print labels. My settings:
File > Preferences > F2 Key
Mark QSO as confirmed
Set QSL Date to Today
QSL Method = Direct
QSL selection after F2 key = Specify New QSO Filter
