[Dx4win] DX4WIN my Orion II crap shoot

I have my Orion II connected to my computer and it is working fine with DX4WIN except when I click on a CW packet spot the O2 goes to CW and 2200hz filter. Also if I click on a SSB spot the O2 will go to SSB with a filter width of 500Hz? Hard to make out the words, hi. These are only a few
