I worked a Hungary station on 6 meters on June 29th. A few days later, our LOTW uploads matched giving me a new country on 6 for DXCC. Unfortunately , he did not fill out his TQSL info so he had no zone or VUCC grid listed. So I did not get a VUCC match for his grid. In DX4WIN, I show a
