That is a good sat list but more sats are comming so it is time to create a
file with the sat name that the user could edit to add or delete sat
names..

Actually, the only thing necessary is a utility to extract the list of
satellite names, start date and end date from the tQSL "config.xml"
file. Anyone with tQSL installed should have the current version of
config.xml (or can download/install it).

Dx4win ver 9 will not start, it opens the spots window and nothing else
and it is minimized. Was working this afternoon then I moved the
computer and monitor around putting in a new shelf. It seems to have
VE7CC in the minimized spot window but I removed that from the computer
a week or so ago.
It would be nice if we could even enter the name manually on our own and be
able to export correctly to LoTW.
At present, DX4WIN is pretty much unusable for entering Satellite QSOs.
