The value after the vertical bar is the refresh rate in minutes.
I added that to the '25 spots', not to the '250 spots'. You will have
to edit the dx4win.tcp file if you want to change that.

came from VE2DC/Mel to another user suggesting there could be a problem
with a firewall. I had assumed that my normal web-browser had to be active
