DX4WIN.CTY release #4 is ready for download. Follow the instructions on
this web page:

On that page are instructions for using the new DX4WIN.CTY file, as well as
a link to the extensive revision history.
This release features:
- prefixes which match the ARRL DXCC Award Credits Listing, like T8 and R1F
- updated entity names like Timor-Leste and Dem. Republic of the Congo
- additions and corrections
There are two DX4WIN files contained in the ZIP archive. DX4WIN.CTY uses
new prefixes which match the ARRL DXCC Awards Credit Listing, and
DX4WIN.OLD uses the original DX4WIN prefixes. I have not yet updated the
prefix mapping (.PMP) files in the IMPORT directory to be compatible with
the new prefixes. I hope Paul can do this for me.

I consider this a "final" release. I will continue to do work on the
database, but I don't expect to be making as many changes as I have in the
past. Therefore, I am limiting corrections only to those which can be
verified with a QSL card. If the QSL does not agree with the entity that
DX4WIN says it should be, please send me a message include only the following:
- the callsign as printed on the QSL card (it should match your log)
- the date of contact (make sure to distinguish day from month)
- the entity name
- CQ zone if applicable
I do not want extensive error files. I just don't have any more time to do
all the research and cross-checking by myself anymore.
