[Dx4win] ADIF Format/Export

2004-03-12 Thread Paul van der Eijk
Joe,

Check if the file adif.pmp uses the same mapping for the USA as the country
database.
(My guess is that one uses W and the other K)

I just tried to export my DX4WIN file in an ADIF format. I noticed that there
is no DXCC country for US callsigns when it is exported (normally appears
after the callsign). All other entities DO have the country number following
the callsign. Is there something I'm missing? Makes it tough to import into
other ADIF accepting programs.

(Yes, I'd love to know when the next version is coming out..it's been
awhile.)

Paul has a good point. If you're using my new DX4WIN.CTY from
http://www.ad1c.com/dx4win then you will have this problem, along with
about dozen others.

p.s. Paul, please send me the new import/export filters that match my
database and I'll include them with the next release.

[Dx4win] GOLIST - what files do I need for DX4WIN

2004-03-12 Thread Jim Reisert AD1C
I completely wiped out my GOLIST directory, it had junk going back to the
early 1990s.

So I installed the latest GO287 update and find that DX4WIN doesn't know I
use the GOLIST.

I suspect that I'm missing a .DLL file but I don't know which one.

Help, please!

Thanks 73 - Jim AD1C

[Dx4win] GOLIST - what files do I need for DX4WIN

2004-03-12 Thread Jim Reisert AD1C
In case anyone else is wondering:

Download gowindll.zip from the GOLIST site.

Extract gowin32.dll and put it in your GOLIST directory.

Then in DX4WIN, go to the ext data preferences and point them to
drive:\golist\GOWIN32.DLL. Make sure GOLIST lookup is ENABLED (mine
wasn't, hence my problem).

I cannot find where you add IP addresses to the Select Internet Address Window
for Internet DX Cluster use etc. I have added IP addresses before but I am
