Thanks, that worked. Actually I changed it to K.
I was afraid to try that as I was thinking it would also change my
past entries for K8T that was in KH8 land but they stayed KH8 as they should.

Making the change like you did creates a new entry in the country
file that starts on the date of the new QSO.

If you have any additions or changes, please get them to me
soon. I'll probably release mid-March (weekend after ARRL DX SSB contest).

[Dx4win] Re: Vista

2007-02-26 Thread K0CF
Martin,

There is at least one USB interface that specifically states that it is
Vista compatible now: The US Interface Navigator, available from:
http://www.rigexpert.com
This interface looks absolutely fantastic. It has a built-in sound board and
does it all -- CW (with K1EL WinKeyer 2 built in), FSK, SSB, PSK, SSTV, etc.
I have had one on order for a few weeks. I understand they are in high
demand, and are a bit behind in delivery.

Craig, K0CF

Whether or not the logging program works with Vista, none of the commercial
USB interface boxes, MicroHam, RigBlaster, RigExpert, etc., to my knowledge
will function under Vista. MicroHam says that they may have something out by
Thanksgiving 2007. Apparently, there are non-trivial differences in the way
Vista handles USB. However, you can easily set up a dual-boot computer with
XP and Vista. I have Vista Ultimate 64-bit and Windows XP SP2 (32-bit)
running on this machine.
