Probably you have already imported and cfmd these qsos
Can you check manually if the qsos are lotw cfmd in your log?
if you downloaded qsos, for example, at 20 of May and some confirmations
were confirmed the first hours of the 20th of May, LotW would give them agn.

I have the same settings. Also, DTR and RTS both high. Polling 5000 ms.
Works fine under 7.03.16. Used to work fine under earlier versions as
far as I remember.
I am going through a MicroHam MicroKeyer but that shouldn't make a
difference.
