I don't think ARRL retains any copies, but you can ask d...@arrl.org.

[Dx4win] Printing QSL Labels

I have recently upgraded to 7.03.16. I have setup label printing to include 
the QSL manager. When I print out a label I get no QSL manager. Anyone else 
had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix?
