For some unknown reason, I am unable to connect to any DX cluster. For
instance, I go to Internet Connections, click on any cluster, click on OK,
and nothing happens. Same thing happens if I double-click on any cluster.

surprised to find two entries (one for each of two years) showing H44MY's
manager was/is OM2SA. I clicked on the second one, regardless, saved the info
and then closed the program. When I reopened it, the correct QSL
What ever is in the QSL Managers database will over ride anything you
type in the QSL Managers box. You need to open and modify this QSL
Managers data base to add the correct QSL Mgr for the time frame of the
contact once you are sure you have the correct info.
