[Dx4win] Dx4WIN v8.03 loss of RIG control

Hi Group: Rig 756Pro3, Windows XP Using DX4Win 8.03 recently reloaded because of the following problem: I seem to have lost Rig Control. I can no longer click on a spot and have the Rig change band, frequency and mode. I can interact with the software on the screen and all seems normal.
