There are several headings for the columns such as:
WORKED
LABEL
QSL SENT
CONFIRMED
SUBMIT
CHECKED
TOTAL
TOT CONF
What is the difference between the CONFIRMED and the TOT CONF columns?
They appear to have the same counts.

That means they are approved by ARRL.

I made my dxcc submission manual as i submitted just a few qsos for my dxcc
challenge.
I have marked these qsos like submitted.
Now i want to change them to checked
In previous verisons there was a command like this.
I have lost it in 804
Anyone to help because my head is been overloaded...

Your totals are NOT off.
The old PJ2 and PJ7 became DELETED entities as of 10/11/2010. They
still count towards your all-time total, but not your current (Honor
Roll/DXCC Challenge) total.
When doing a DXCC report in DX4WIN, there is a box to check off if you
want to include DELETED entities
Not sure how to address this
I just came back from the ARRL with my DXCC
applications and it's off
I traced it to the new recent entities
DX4WIN elimintaed the old PJ whatevers and replaced
them with the new PJ thingamabobs so my total counts
are off
How do I rectify?
Thanks and happy 2011
