[Dx4win] Feature request

HI My DX spots 9DXCC) sorted by callsign is greyed out I usually use this window to qsy my rig , it still does qsy the rig It wasn't like this before it looks like a setup function has changed. Lowest priority includes stations you've already worked that are grayed out. Also a possibility to have uncheck valid bands for dxcc.
