[Dx4win] label window from Y to N

My system remembers the last value that it was set to and always opens up at that speed. Come to think of it, I normally just have the keyboard open (it doesn't take up much space on the screen) but I just did a quick test and closed the window, then re-opened. When I did, it opened at the

I loaded dx4win yesterday and have some basic questions; I imported from dxbase 2007 via adif. There were no qsl or lotw flags set in dxbase From what I can see in dx4win all qsos have the qsl and lotw flag set even if the qso is confirmed Need to clean this up
