I see that several of you use the VE7CC cluster program and that it can work
together with DX4WIN (up to a certain level I guess).
So I just scanned the W4GKF paper, which raised another question.

this transverter is 28 MHz. To log my QSO on 2m correct, I activate
transverter offset (File-Preferences-Radio). It working fine, but if I need
to log QSO on 10m, a have to cancel transverter offset via File-Prefer

Welcome to DX4WIN. It does not auto-connect, but it does save the most
recent dx-cluster that you connected to at the top of the list. So it is
easy to find your favorite the next time you start DX4WIN. I actually use
CC User by VE7CC to stay connected to may favorite cluster outside
