[Dx4win] Ver. 8.05 - F3 key issue
Hello, I finally updated my DX4Win from 8.04 to 8.05 version. I noticed one minor problem with the F3 key function. In the 8.04 you would press the F3 key and the station information would come up. When you would log that QSO and type in another station callsign the information for the new call sign would come up automatically. Unfortunately with the 8.05 version one has to keep pressing the F3 key for each new callsign that you enter. Is there is an easy fix in the Preferences window or is this a programming issue? 73 Thanks, Ron WB3AAL __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
[Dx4win] Cluster/slimmer-related questions
Been connecting to a few different Cluster nodes with skimmer feeds and have noted the following issues: 1. Busted calls - just about every morning KB4JR CQs on 30m and is mis-spotted by Skimmer as B4JR, causing a voice alert, as I need BY on 30. Any way to block this individual callsign from new country voice alerts? 2. AR Cluster nodes spot the same call multiple times when received by multiple skimmers. CC Cluster nodes are OK and limit the spot to one time. Is there a way to limit the AR Cluster skimmer spots to only spotting a callsign once, either in the AR Cluster node or DX4WIN? [Dx4win] DOK award input
In previous DX4WIN version s you could enter the German dok's with the zone number. In version 8.x will no longer do this and you have to enter a place name, this is not useful and the old and the new one does not merge those files . So lost my DOK's (Had a gap between version 6.x to 8.05.
