DX4WIN does not communicate directly with LoTW. You use Trusted QSL to send
your information to LoTW and AD1C's Compare DXCC to LoTW utility to take
your LoTW account and compare it to your DX4WIN log. Ther

DX4WIN (v.8.05) "communicates" with the Logbook of The World program (LoTW)

Probably good to do a once over review once you are in that window to make sure

It is both LOTW and paper confirmed. I even changed the WAZ award in the
lower part of the logging window to "C", and it still doesn't even looked
like a QSO has been made in the awards window.
