Re: [Dx4win] DX4Win Import Help
Hi Paul, if you are importing your ADIF file, you want your tag to look like this: CQWW DX RTTY 2018 Using your tag: CQWWSSB2018-TEST This will put the info in Notes for this QSO. The number has to match the field of characters including spaces 73, Wes, W3SE / ZL3TE > On November 2, 2018 at 7:03 AM Paul F6EXV wrote: > > > Hi all > I have just tested it. > I have written CQWWSSB2018-TEST in the QSO note field. > In DX4Win version 9.0.4.1976, this note is copied into the "Note for > this Call" field instead of "Note for this QSO". > The origin program (where the QSOs were logged during the contest) is DXLog. > > Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug ? > > Thanks + 73 > Paul F6EXV > > __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
Re: [Dx4win] DX4Win Import Help
Hi all I have just tested it. I have written CQWWSSB2018-TEST in the QSO note field. In DX4Win version 9.0.4.1976, this note is copied into the "Note for this Call" field instead of "Note for this QSO". The origin program (where the QSOs were logged during the contest) is DXLog. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug ? Or is it the contest log file you try to find there? Depending on your contest log program, you have to save an ADIF file somewhere. That ADIF file can be imported to DX4WIN via the menu File -> Import/export and in the new box File -> Import (be sure that you have marked ADIF in the first line).
