I'm interested in how you are trying to do this. When I verify a SWL QSL,
I do the following.
F8, then enter the callsign that the SWL QSL is for. Make sure the log is
showing the QSO that you are interested in (in case you have multiple QSOs
with the same station)

You don't say which version of DX4WIN.If it's 9.0x, it should prompt
you to mail a bug report. Do that.

I thought it was my thumb drive at I: but I changed it to another one
