The DX4WIN country file, DX4WIN.CTY Release #19.9 is now available from:
http://www.country-files.com/dx4win-info/
You can read the release notes at:
http://www.country-files.com/dx4win-cty-19.9-08-june-2019/
DX4WIN 9 users should use Help | Check for Updates from the main menu.
Note
If you're using the latest version (2.1.0-rc7) it will import as MFSK and will
put this comment in the Notes for this QSO field:
Import:{Submode=FT4}
For whatever reason, the ADIF guys decided that although FT8 is it's own mode,
FT4 is a submode of MFSK. Unfortunately D4W doesn't recognize FT4
I have been using FT8, but have not yet used FT4, as I thought it was
primarily a contest mode, but seems to be being used more generally.
How is FT4 mode handled when imported from WSJT-X? I intend trying it
when the first general release comes out.

If you type 000 in the RSTR field the QSO will also be considered invalid.

Hello Dave,

QSO > Mark invalid for awards
If you expand the QSO window all the way (F5), you will see "I" in all the
award boxes. If you want to mark it invalid only for a specific award, you
can do this by selecting the boxes individually.

I understand QSOs with a station on a boat moored in a harbour do not
count for DXCC. (where station not signing /MM)
Is there a way to flag these QSOs as invalid? I can't find anything in
the help files (V9)
