LOTW has the QSO as confirmed. The import from LOTW of confirmed with the bad freq is what DX4WIN tagged as qso not found. Band info was correct on LOTW and my original DX4WIN entry. Maybe I do not understand how the "Not Found" is generated. Thought it was by DX4WIN when downloading the

When a QSO is uploaded, TQSL will use the BAND if it's set and if not, try to convert the FREQ to a band. The current version ignores the FREQ if it's outside of the band. Prior versions of TQSL would reject a QSO if the BAND and FREQ weren't consistent. In short, you shouldn't worry about the
