[Dx4win] Rig Control and PSK

Dear David, I did not realize the 'Check' on 'Default'.  First I tried as IC-7851, the control was briefly flashing to the 2nd RX without any reason.  Then I selected IC-7600 98 19200, then working as expected.  Thanks for your help
