[Dx4win] Missing Callsign Notes

Somehow I've lost my Callsign Notes.  As a matter of fact, I lost my entire Logbook file from the drop down menu in the Report Editor. I created a new file but the Callsign Notes come up empty. Any ideas? Thanks, RickWO8L __ DX4WIN
