My thanks to all who answered my call for help. Terry held the key by
mentioning that I needed to set the QSO date to Range. I have never
changed the QSO date preference and didn't know that option existed.
Without it I didn't know how to set the end date for the filter.
Again, 73, and thanks,
Fred/NA2U

Hi Fred,
Go into Preferences / QSO and make sure you have QSO Date set to
Range.

Thanks, Terry. I don't know how to separate out the old WA0QOA Qs.
4,000+. Somehow I think a filter will do it but I can only select the
beginning date and not the end, or so it seems. I combined them years
ago thinking I'd only need the total totals. Never considered LOTW
then!

Hi Fred,
It depends on how you have the two calls delineated in the log. Either a
selection or group could be used
and you can filter the log on either of those before exporting to a ADIF
file for LoTW. If WA0QOA was your
old call you could also just filter by date to get all the Qs for either
call. If you would like more help
with the filter process let me know.

I did not find this in the archives. For LOtW I need to split my log
into two logs, one for WA0QOA and one for NA2U . What is the safest,
cleanest way to accomplish this? I have already saved a copy of the
complete log for safe keeping.
73 and thanks,
Fred/NA2U
