I got a friend to buy dx4win recently. His previous contacts are in adif and
Cabrillo. No problem using the adif ones into dx4win. But how do you convert
the Cabrillo to adif to get them imported into the program?

AI have the latest standalone version of this program as version 3.024 on the
pc. The packet window from dx4win says it is using ve7cc-1, v 2.447. What
does that discrepancy mean?
Also I click on the band map when the packet is working but no visible map
shows?

I've got a pile of cards to answer with bureau cards from me. The usual

to enter them in my logging program with a Y in the QSL label box so the
labels will print. But I also have many legitimate contacts that I needs

So the Flying Horse works with DX4WIN, but the Buckmaster doesn't? Why is
that? So if I buy the flying horse disk, and put it on my hard drive, and
go to DX4WIN and go to Preferences and EXT Data, and put chose the Flying
Horse from the Data Source, everything will work well? What will it

I did not get a VUCC match for his grid.

I print my QSL labels on a HP LaserJet 1200. Each label is on a Avery 5160. I
can only get two QSOs on each label. My previous logging program (WinEQF) put
three QSOs on the same label. Where can I go to change the font to something
smaller so three QSOs fit on the label?

I solved my problem. I was mapping in TQSL the term RTTY to DATA so satisfy
(what I thought was necessary) the DATA changes at ARRL for awards. I did
not know I did not have to do this and I removed the mapping statement from
my TQSL. I now works fine. Norm at HQ told me the mapping was to
I was in the RTTY RU contest this last weekend and made about 890 QSOs. I
uploaded the contest to LOTW last night and this morning saw the results.
About 40% of the contacts matched in LOTW. My matches went from 5458 to 5819.
Since I am using the latest DX4WIN, I went to LOTWs Your QSOs

I was in the OK RTTY contest this weekend and immediately moved my log info
from WriteLog to DX4WIN and then to LOTW. The exchange was RST and CQ Zone.
Many of the correctly received zones from other hams got changed when the file
went over to DX4WIN as an adif file. Without my approval!
There are many selections in the Sort Index when printing a report except
country. There is county, but not country. What will it take to add this? I
would rather list some things by country than prefix.

What defines a duplicate QSO from a non-duplicate QSO? I mean how many

Me bad; I did not have the RTS and other one marked. Once I did that, it
works fine although it only shows the transmit frequency. During split, I
would like to record both, transmit and receive, but I don't see a place
that that would automatically be recorded to. This manual recording is
I cannot get my Yaesu FT-2000 to work with the program as in showing the

I have 425 50 MHz grids confirmed with 7 cards outstanding. All the 425 are
flagged in the VUCC reports with a C which means I got cards to confirm them.
I need to change all those 425 C flags to an * to show that I have
submitted them and ARRL has approved them for VUCC. How do I do that
My DX4WIN is crediting me with a CW QSO for the USA on 80 meters that occurred

I am trying to get additional info into the entry window by using my paid for

That would be great. Right now, only QSL cards count towards the award, but
soon, very soon, ARRL will open up their programming in LOTW for that to
count for VUCC and Fred Fish award. That would mean a DX4WIN owner should
have the method of saying they have a card or a LOTW credit for
I could not find the ARRL Fred Fish 6-meter award on the program. Will it
soon be added? It is due to come up soon on the ARRL LOTW grid addition this
